PM Experts, the leader on the market of consulting and training in the field of project management, signed a partnership deal with the Swedish company CANEA. The acquisition of a stable, internationally renowned, partner that specializes in consulting and IT systems supporting project and project portfolio management allows us to broaden the range of products we offer on the Polish market.

The aforementioned deal pertains to software developed by CANEA Projects and consists in the introduction of the system to the Polish market, where PM Experts is the first distributor of this software. The task of PM Experts is to adapt the CANEA Projects system to the needs of business organizations, adjust it to progress level of the project and to effectively implement the system and provide the staff with training.

PM Experts, a leading consulting and training company dealing with project management, provided Amica Wronki with a scheme for designing and implementing a project management model, tailored to the Client's needs.

PM Experts was engaged to design, deliver and implement a project management model that meets business needs of Amica Wronki S.A. The complex approach helped to make full use of the organizational potential and the delivered model gave outstanding results . The implementation covered all areas of Amica's project activity, including product projects and business effectiveness improvement projects. The process of project management and acceptance was thoroughly verified and adjusted to PMBOKR methodology procedures. Pilot projects were also verified. During this cooperation, that lasted many months, great emphasis was put on the improvement of Project Manager competence by acquainting them with basic PMI® project management standards. Implementation of these new solutions will allow Amica Wronki to use its resources more effectively.
