Allen Cosby is PM Experts’ in house PRINCE2 subject matter expert and director of PM Experts UK Ltd. He is a PRINCE2 Practitioner with extensive experience of delivery projects using the methodology. Allen has been working in a consulting capacity within a PRINCE2 environment for over 5 years, and has delivered projects for a range of private and public section clients, including Alliannz, Hewlett Packard, Accenture, the UK Cabinet Office, Foreign Office and Ministry of Defence.
Besides the theory, Allen has experience of working with the methodology in real life project scenarios, and has tailored the model pragmatically to meet the needs of project or client requirements.
A senior consultant involved in consulting services and delivering training in a range of different project management aspects, based on a PMI®/PMBok® and using real life observations. Boguslaw has trained project managers in a range of companies, including ABG SA, Elektrobudowa SA, Energetyka Dwory SA, Exatel SA, Philip Morris Polska, Telekomunikacja Polska SA, UniCredit, Vattenfall Business Services, VECTRA SA.
In the eighties he conducted engineering and research work in the field of IT and electronics at IFJ-Kraków, DESY-Hamburg, CERN-Geneva. He was a senior manager at ComArch S.A., Motorola Poland Software Center, eCENTER S.A and ABG S.A. Since 2005 he has been a lecturer at the PMP® Academy, the educational program accredited by PMI® preparing for PMP® certification. Boguslaw is a project manager with over 15 years of working experience gaining his PMP® certificate in 2004. From 2007 to 2008 he was a member of the Education board on the Krakow PMIR chapter. In 2010 he became a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner trainer and the lecturer of PRINCE2 method.
An expert in the fields of quality, project and portfolio management. He led IT and consultancy projects in these fields, in addition to project office implementation and evaluation of organizational maturity design (including OPM3 ®, CMMI). He is also an accomplished trainer and coach in these subjects
From 2007-2010 he worked as a Project portfolio Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A., where he was responsible for implementation, project portfolio management, coaching and mentoring of project managers as well as implementing project management methodologies. Since 2003 he has been associated with the Project Management Institute (PMI ®), where he was President of the Warsaw Branch, President of the Polish Division and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Association. From 2010 he has been working the headquarters PMI ® (USA) as a mentor in charge of members in Eastern Europe. A certified PMP ® since 2005, he also has certifications from the quality (Six Sigma, ISO) software engineering (RUP, testing) and software tools (IBM Rational).
A senior consultant involved in client project realization, consulting actions and conducting services, Marek has trained . project managers in a range of organisations, including Softbank SA, P4 Ltd. (Play) and Polish Telecommunication (TP). Since 2008 he has been be a regular lecturer at the PMP® Academy, the educational program accredited by PMI® preparing for PMP® certification.
A project manager with over 15 years of working experience both in polish and international organizations, he is an enthusiastic propagator of well-educated project managers, in particular in a field of communication and soft management aspects. He currently holds PMP® (since 2004), Associate Project Management Professional (IPMA), and PRINCE Certificates. He is also a member of the polish PMI®, lecturer on the project management seminars organized by Warsaw PMI® chapter.
A consultant involved in training, coaching and consulting services, Mariusz designs and implements systems of competence development in project management. A trainer of project managers (e.g. in Asseco SA, Comarch SA, VECTRA SA.) since 2008, he is also a lecturer for the PMP® Academy, the educational program accredited by PMI® preparing for PMP® certification.
For over 7 years he has been working on international IT projects in the field of database and Business Intelligence solutions, using the Agile methods. He has designed and implemented the project management quality control process at Procter & Gamble. Mariusz conducts both open project management training and closed, dedicated training according to the PMI® methodology. Mariusz is the holder of the PMP® Certificate, ITIL v3 Foundation, MBTI Practitioner Step I and as an International Coach, he possess a Coaching Community Certificate (ICC). From 2007 to 2008 he was the vice-president of Warsaw PMI® chapter.
Piotr is the founder of PM Experts. He is the president of PM Experts’ management board, a project manager, trainer and consultant. He has gained experience in conducting consulting, restructuring, marketing projects and establishing Project Management Offices. He has trained project managers such companies as: BOT Górnictwo i Energetyka SA, ComArch SA, Elektrobudowa SA, Polomarket SA, Telekomunikacja Polska SA and VECTRA SA.
Since 2005 he has been a lecturer at the PMP® Academy, the educational program accredited by PMI® preparing for PMP® certification. Since 2007 he has been cooperating as a project management lecturer with Warsaw University department. A project manager with over 12 years of working experience in both polish and international organizations, Piotr has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2002. He is a founder member of PMI® Warsaw Poland Chapter, and part time member of their management board and Audit Committee. From 2004 to 2009 the he took the role of president of PMI® Gdańsk Branch management board. In 2002 he managed the project to complete the first polish language translation of the PMBOK® manual.
