We are a consulting company focused on the delivery of professional project management services. For over 4 years we have been concentrating on supporting business organizations in the development of their project management maturity. Together with our clients we look at their people's competencies, company's processes, procedures and tools from the perspective of a project, program and portfolio management. Due to this complex approach we are able to increase organization's effectiveness in the strategy deployment through successful project management.
The company was founded in 2004 as a venture between a group of project managers with many years of experience in IT projects, telecommunications, consultancy, marketing and restructuring. Our services are based on best practices and standards published and maintained by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), APM Group (APMG®) and other international bodies. Since 2007 we have been we delivering accredited PMI training programmes as a PMI® Registered Education Provider. However, since 2010, through our co-operation with our British partner Advantage Learning Ltd, and the APM Group, we are able to carry out accredited training and examinations in the PRINCE2® methodology.
We create "tailor-made" solutions based on the specific need of our clients. By doing this we are able to demonstrate visable results in a short time, translating directly into the effectiveness of the organization. The measure of our success is the success of our clients' projects.
